Lodge was nice but only get WiFi for free during first day – then it’s paytime. Front desk staff could work a bit on customer service skills. Restaurant and house cleaning staff were excellent. Safari guides knowledgeable and safety oriented – friendly but professional. Learned a lot about local wildlife

Everything just perfect. David was extremely professional and helpful. So was Kingsley. Animals just outside the lodge and the cherry on top got to see the big five and many others.

Our tour started as we were picked up by Thom at our hotel. He was great, punctual, respectful and trustworthy. He drove for 5hours from Johannesburg to Kruger- quite a task, but he made it enjoyable, highlighting different sites of interest. The safari game drives were well organised, and all meals at the lodge were exceptional. We unfortunately didn’t get to do the Panorama Route because of protests, but we went to the Mac Mac falls where we got great deals on souvenirs! We then did the caves which were great. Thom heard we didn’t get to see any big cats at our game drive, so he went above and beyond, taking us to a lion park.

Our Cape Town trip was so well organised. We had the absolute best tour guide Kathy! She was so knowledgeable, so passionate about what she does, and so patient! We never ever felt rushed- we were able to take our pictures- she ensured we got to go up to Table Mountain, by checking the weather before hand and tweeking the schedule- we appreciated everything she did as she kept our interests in mind. We enjoyed every minute of Cape Town thanks to her and also we had such awesome accommodation at StayEasy City Bowl with great breakfast! We would highly recommend this tour!

Everything was wonderful! From the communication with the company, always very attentive in helping and passing all the information, even the safari itself! The lodging is super cozy, the guides very experienced, anyway, everything exceeded my expectations positively, I recommend it to everyone, it was super worth it! Thanks to David and his team!

I had a great experience on the budget safari. Every staff member I met was pleasant and professional. Pickup and drop-off from the airport was great. Thom (the driver) was a great conversationalist and generally a fun guy. The lodgings were great and the meals were wonderful. Safaris were fantastic with knowledgeable guides and comfortable rides.

They warn you that it’s cold in the morning – I didn’t take it seriously. It’s quite cold on the ride in, even with the blankets they provide. Bring an extra coat. Also, be patient on safari – Kruger park in almost 20 000 square kms. Sometimes you see loads of animals, sometimes it’s just a nice ride through the park. Our guide had a great eye for spotting small things though, such as birds and lizards and knew a lot of interesting facts about them.

I loved the over all safari. I really enjoyed my guides as well at the food and accommodations. There was nothing I did not like.

The trip was very well organized. The airport shuttle with Tom worked very well and I felt safe and comfortable all the time. All the staff of the lodge were very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and well equipped with air conditioning. The safari experience itself was amazing, we saw the big five and other interesting animals. The Panorama Tour with Tom was a blast and I can highly recommend it
