Excellent driver (Thanks Tom!), Punctual and helpful. Interesting accommodation, with excellent food (could improve the Internet service). The vehicle to travel Kruger could be better (it was the oldest in the park), but it is understood, because we were in a Budget Safari. On the way back we did the Panorama Drive as an extra, and it was very good. We saw 4 of the big 5 in 1.5 days of safari, which is not bad. As a general experience, it is highly recommended because of the cost-benefit ratio.

Service was great, Douglas was awesome. Prepare for bugs, as mosquitos were in our room at the lodge, and AC wasn’t very cold. Food at the lodge was very good and our safari guide, Lucky, was amazing. We saw 4 of the big 5 (plus many many other animals) within Kruger. We were fortunate enough to see the 5th at a rest area that had a small preserve on our route to and from Kruger. I highly recommend taking the Panorama route, it is extremely worth it. The days are long but worth it.

We was with Lucky for a Sunset Game Drive and also a Full Day Game Drive. We had a great Time and see all Big Five 😀With Thom did we have an excellent Guide and Driver for 3 days.

The Budget Three Day Safari was everything that the previous reviewers stated! It was amazing and we had such a good time. The weather was nice, put definitley bring sunglasses and a jacket! The drive from Johannesburg to Hazyview was not bad at all, the driver made plenty of rest stops, which allowed us to get food and even observe some animals before getting to Kruger National Park. The accomodations were just as described and eveything was well kept. The food was amazing and their were plenty of choices to choose from no matter your diet restrictions. Sidenote: I keep saying amazing becuase that’s exactly what it was! David checked-in on us several times throughout the trip and made sure that we were comfortable with lodging and anything else that we may have needed. We saw all “Big Five” animals, which made the trip well worth it! This was a great experience and everybody who worked there went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! I have already suggested this trip to so many of my friends and family.

Our tour guide Michael was excellent and was able to find the big 5 for us. He had a great personality and full of information that was interesting and enagaging. The cultural experience of South African cultural dance was unreal and engaging which made us want to see more.

The booking of the 4-days Kruger Tour with the panoramic route was easy and the communication very efficient. Lodging, Safaris, Guides, Food, everything was just perfect! All Guides and staff were very friendly, attentive and likeable. Guides were very professional and gave us interesting insight in nature and society. We would highly recommend David and Sandy Tracks.

Bei der Safari haben wir alle Big 5 gesehen und noch vieleandere Tiere. Unser Guide hat uns einiges über die Tiere erklärt was ich sehr gut fand. Er hat versucht, dass wir so viele Tiere wie möglich zu sehen bekommen. Die Unterkunft hat mir auch sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Our experience with Sandy Tracks was great! Tom was the best guide, friend and fellow traveler during our safari with the agency. Our congratulations for him!! Punctuality and adaptation at all times. We learned a lot and we loved it, everything went perfectly.

The shuttle service arrived on time in our hotel in Johannesburg. Bonnieface was realy friendly and was our personal driver to the Kruger. He told us nice stories and facts about the buildings/landscapes/animals that we saw near the highway. The safari tent was big enough and clean. The two safari tours with Pete were fun and it was nice to see all the animals. We have almost seen the big 5(!) but it depends when and where you enter the parc. The extra tour (when we went back to the airport) rewarded to profit of the beautiful landscapes.

In addition, the communication by mail with David was realy good and explicit.
